The Kopul dual-channel hum eliminator is designed for studio, DJ, live sound, instrument, mixer, and PA applications where ground loops or long unbalanced cable runs can introduce unwanted hum and buzz into a line-level signal path.

Its fully passive design requires no external power and can be inserted between compatible pieces of +4 dBu or -10 dBV line-level audio equipment. The unit breaks problematic ground-loop paths while helping preserve the integrity of the original audio signal.

Two channels provide flexible connectivity through XLR and 1/4-inch (6.35 mm) TRS/TS inputs and outputs. Balanced XLR, balanced 1/4-inch TRS, and unbalanced 1/4-inch TS connections can be used in different combinations.

The device automatically converts between balanced and unbalanced signals when compatible XLR and 1/4-inch connections are combined. This flexibility also allows it to serve as a passive direct box for routing the unbalanced output of a musical instrument into a balanced mixing-console input.

High-quality internal components and gold-plated XLR connectors help minimize unwanted noise and maintain signal fidelity. The electronics are housed in a rugged metal enclosure suited to studio installations, DJ setups, stage rigs, and other professional audio environments.
